We would rather be honest about a pre-loved club's condition than oversell it. Our reputation is built on trust, transparency, and helping you make informed decisions that improve your game. Head -  3 - Light ball marks on face, minor sole scratches, good paint retention. 

Shaft - 4 - Good condition, possible bag wear marks, all structural integrity maintained.

Grip - 4 - Useable condition, may show wear patterns, still functional. Note damage to top of Grip from Sensor. This doesn't affect function.

Custom Fitted Clubs: 2-4 weeks depending on specifications and component availability. We will email you when your item has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes: Goods remain our property until payment received. Inspect items on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.

Standard Items: 7-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in delivered condition and packaging. Return postage at customer's expense unless item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us. In this event we will arrange return postage

Custom Fitted/Modified Clubs: Cannot be returned unless faulty. All custom work is final once commenced.

Excluded Items: Personalised/engraved items, gift cards, items damaged through misuse.

Faulty Items: Full repair, replacement or refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015. All custom clubs come with a 3 month warranty for faults.
